The following terms and conditions apply when purchasing any work from The Random Creative (Jodie Parker).

COPYRIGHT

The Random Creative retains copyright of any work even though they no longer own the physical work.

MORAL RIGHTS

The Random Creative (Jodie Parker) has all moral rights over the work. This means any of my work must be attributed to The Random Creative and/or Jodie Parker as the artist/creator. This includes tagging The Random Creative is any images are shared on social media.

My work is not to be falsely attributed to someone else, and the work cannot be altered/modified.

REPRODUCTION

The purchaser/owner has the no right to reproduce the work.

RESALE ROYALTY

If any of my work is resold, a 10% resale royalty must be paid to The Random Creative (Jodie Parker) upon completion of the sale.
